8472126a07 Improvements for upload to s3 plugin 
- All files in the sigal build directory are now uploaded instead of manually building file list. This makes the plugin more robust for future changes.
- Added progressbar to check upload progress
- Added option to set a S3 permission policy (for example public-read or private) on all uploaded files
- Added option to skip files that were already uploaded before
- Added plugin to documentation
- Added plugin settings to default configuration template

9e92415a50 Allow destination to be read from option sepcified in config file. 
Write error to log when destination doesn't exist and config is not available.

Add self to AUTHORS.

Remove logging from serve command due to issues with running test_cli.
Add test-case for 'serve' command.

Add docs for the serve command.

257ee4707e Use plain css to simplify theme customizing. 
Remove the dependency on ruby/sass, only cssmin is required to minify css files
(and it can be installed with pip).

4940bbdc0c Read GPS coordinates from EXIF tags 
If GPS information can be found in the EXIF tags, latitude and longitude will be
extracted and added to the `media.exif.gps` variable. Some ideas how to get the
GPS tags from the EXIF tags where borrowed from Eran Sandler's gist (licensed
under MIT license):
