4720001d82 Bugfix for PNG files which don't have exif metadata (closes #11). 
- add a test for the _getexif method
- add a png file in the sample directory

57eb9cf456 Remove the copy exif feature. 
This feature was not really needed as the exif metadata were just copied to the
generated image. Moreover, this was depending on pyexiv2 which is now deprecated
in favour of GExiv2.

7b099b766a Replace the jpg_quality setting with a dict of options. 
Pass a dict with PIL options (quality, optimize, progressive).
Enlarge the MAXBLOCK buffer of ImageFile if there is an error (for the
progressive mode).

6cc611773e rename settings and use strings for default settings otherwise an error is 
raised if a setting is not in the config file.

Renames:
- big_img to keep_orig
- bigimg_dir to orig_dir

900da9d42f add a make_thumbs setting to allow not generating thumbnails as they are not 
needed for the galleria theme.
+ always generate thumbnail for the representative image
+ bugfixes for the boolean settings

88175f02c7 use ImageOps.fit to create the thumbnails cropped to thumb_size, if the 
thumb_fit params is True (replace the square_thumb param).
