506ad36ad4 Avoid failure when an image can't be read (fix #134). 
When use_orig=True and orig_link=True, the image is not read in generate_image,
so with a bad image it will later in generate_thumbnail.

3ec6667e8c Added Cache Control metadata to S3 upload 
Added two new properties for the S3 Upload plugin, allowing to
set the default S3 cache control header, and to set for media
types (jpg, png, webm).

These properties are then used to generate the max-age property
when uploading to S3, or when checking against existing files

cd8f4d02c4 Added the ability to generate media pages 
- New optional parameter added to `Writer.__init__` to specify
the template file
- modified version of colorbox theme created that supports
generating media pages and linking to them (if javascript
is not supported)
- `media_page` plugin created that responds to the `gallery_build`
signal, and generates pages for each media element based on
the media.html template, including links to the next and
previous image (if applicable)

8472126a07 Improvements for upload to s3 plugin 
- All files in the sigal build directory are now uploaded instead of manually building file list. This makes the plugin more robust for future changes.
- Added progressbar to check upload progress
- Added option to set a S3 permission policy (for example public-read or private) on all uploaded files
- Added option to skip files that were already uploaded before
- Added plugin to documentation
- Added plugin settings to default configuration template
