417d025134 Inlcude tests in PyPI tarball 
The tests are useful for downstream packagers and do not hurt normal users (because they are usually not run).

c5366eba4d Workaround for galleria and videos 
It looks like galleria's video tag in json support only external
provider (youtube etc.). So instead this shows an empty image and on top
a layer with the html video tag.

4cdfb67103 Do not load tiles by default and reorganize a bit galleria's js 
- Map tiles do not need to be loaded until the map is displayed
- It seems that Galleria.run must be called after Galleria.ready, though
  both seems to work
- Mention shortcuts for map and fullscreen

2f66532718 Use galleria thumbnails for videos too 
Also offer a big link for videos, if configured, not just for images
json loading means that static/img/empty.png is unnecessary.

472a58bb5f Remove duplicate simulation of map toggle click 
Increase thumbnail lazy load chunk size, as only the first chunk
of thumbnails are loaded before the map layers are loaded in the
background. 50 thumbnails should fill the thumbnail row on most
screens, so gives the impression of a complete gallery load.

d81476ffc9 Galleria: Load first image earlier 
Galleria triggers loading of the main gallery iamge via javascript
which has two problems. It only triggers the load when javascript
has been processed and loads it at the same time as the second and
third image which means it's competing with background images for
bandwidth. We know that the first image will always be seen, so
trigger a load in the document rather than waiting for js to do it.
