4720001d82 Bugfix for PNG files which don't have exif metadata (closes #11). 
- add a test for the _getexif method
- add a png file in the sample directory

57eb9cf456 Remove the copy exif feature. 
This feature was not really needed as the exif metadata were just copied to the
generated image. Moreover, this was depending on pyexiv2 which is now deprecated
in favour of GExiv2.

9378f30b6c Use multiprocessing for parallel processing. 
- add a --ncpu cli arg to specify the number of cpu to use (default 1)
- handle KeyboardInterrupt

2c88a3e6c0 Use Pillow if PIL is not found. 
Try to fix the travis build error by replacing the PIL dependency.  And remove
the system pyexiv2 for travis as it is not used in the virtualenv.

7b099b766a Replace the jpg_quality setting with a dict of options. 
Pass a dict with PIL options (quality, optimize, progressive).
Enlarge the MAXBLOCK buffer of ImageFile if there is an error (for the
progressive mode).
