A configuration setting to use relative symbolic links
...
Edit the copy function in utils.py to take the parameter rellink and if
it is true, create links relative to the source directory. Modify
gallery.py and __init__.py to pass along this parameter. Add rel_link
flag to setting.py

Add IPTC Headline (2:105) and to iptc_data
...
According to iptc.org, the 'title' field (2:05) is "a shorthand
reference for the digital image" and may (User Note) be the filename,
whereas the IPTC Headline is defined as "A brief synopsis of the
caption.".
Thus the headline should be used by sigal to provide a short
description, instead of the title tag.

GPS location code-block was incorrect, now working
...
I found that the code was wrong (outdated?). It used
'media.exif.long' when the correct is 'media.exif.gps.lon'.
It was also a bit unuseful since it showed it on the most zoomed
out map (continent level) and no marker.
The current link will go to a faily zoomed in (map=18) and put
a marker in the map.
