20daa3916c add size property into Image object containing width and height of each image (thumbnail, big). 
Can be useful for some themes to disinguish orientation of the image.

14570c245a Set HTML5 video type correctly 
As we can use the videos as they are, without conversion, we need to set
the video type correctly.

fb9eb3552d Honor 'use_orig' for videos 
When 'use_orig' is True, copy the original video files (or symlink them,
depending if 'orig_link' is True) to the destination, and use them as they are,
without processing.

This setting is ignored for all files not supported in HTML5; those are
converted anyway, because otherwise we could not reproduce them.

58f5127b35 Add fullscreen display support to Galleria theme 
It adds a link just below the gallery-display to enter fullscreen.
Additionally a keybind on the 'f' key is added to make toggling
fullscreen easier.
