fc14de3872 Adapt zip_gallery logic to a dedicated plugin like suggested by @saimn 
* ZIP generation logic is now self contained in a plugin
* '.nozip_gallery' file logic is now contained in the same plugin that
  managed the zip generation

031f9768de A configuration setting to use relative symbolic links 
Edit the copy function in utils.py to take the parameter rellink and if
it is true, create links relative to the source directory. Modify
gallery.py and __init__.py to pass along this parameter. Add rel_link
flag to setting.py

7b10911598 Add IPTC Headline (2:105) and to iptc_data 
According to iptc.org, the 'title' field (2:05) is "a shorthand
reference for the digital image" and may (User Note) be the filename,
whereas the IPTC Headline is defined as "A brief synopsis of the
caption.".

Thus the headline should be used by sigal to provide a short
description, instead of the title tag.
