The documentation referenced an "index.html" template which appears to be no longer used. Update the documentation so that it talks about the correct templates, album.html and album_list.html. Also, add documentation about the default theme, talking about what it contains and what it doesn't.

The idea behind Sigal is to ease the use of the javascript libraries like galleria_. These libraries do a great job to display the images, Sigal does what is missing: resize images, create thumbnails, generate HTML pages. Sigal is compatible with Python 3.5+.
