Update the composite action to require explicit credential passing via the `with:` parameter, as it cannot access the GitHub Actions secrets context. Documentation has been updated to reflect this requirement.
Updates the default tag_command configuration from podman to docker. Introduces a new push_command parameter with a default of docker, replacing the previous skopeo default. Documentation is updated to reflect these defaults and cover the complete container image lifecycle.
