Introduces mandatory database root path configuration for all cache types, updating API signatures across AudioCache, CoversCache, and Qobuz Cache.

This change implements new cache creation functions, modifies cache constructors to accept a path argument, and updates server initialization logic to enforce failure if the database path cannot be resolved. Tests are updated to reflect the new required arguments.
